Alcyone

Alcyone Resources is an ASX listed Australian resource company producing silver since 2011 in Queensland at its Texas Silver and Polymetallic Project.

The project was acquired in 2009 where reassessment and feasibility was conducted and a rapid move into production occurred with target production levels of 1.2 ñ 1.5Moz per annum by the end of 2012. The project includes the Twin Hills Heap Leach Silver Mine, together with silver and polymetallic base metal exploration targets.

The company has experienced substantial growth and has commenced vigorous exploration programs with the target of establishing a mine with a life beyond 10 years producing new silver and base metals.
